PourHorse Catering was drafted in Boulder Colorado in 2016. After working weddings and events throughout the front range in Colorado with the infamous Catering company The Butcher&The Blond. I Learned to be exact and sweat the details to ensure that a wedding or event was not only flawless but gracefully handle every situation and exceeded expectations with quality Cocktails and world class food dishes. With parties and weddings from 50-500 I have a strong passion in helping with that perfect day. I spent my younger years traveling and exploring new venues and events from famous restaurants In Denver to the perfect mojito in Puerto Rico. I moved back to my hometown in southern Oregon to bring this knowledge and start up a catering service As a local entrepreneur I work with local vendors and brewers to ensure a strong sense of pride in the community I grew up in.
We now own and operate a food truck along with a 2500 sqf commercial kitchen that helps us feed anywhere from 50-750 people breakfast lunch and dinner.
There is no party/event/diaster response to small or large that we will not cater we cheers to quality libations around here.
As the outgoing President for the Klamath Basin Senior Citizens' Center Board, I have utilized the services of Pourhorse Cantina for 2 fundraisers and each time they have been very professional and friendly. Persons attending these events have nothing but great things to say about this business.
I have also seen them a other events that I've attended and again, always a smile and a great libation.
